Epilepsy Action Australia
Epilepsy Action Australia is developing new resources to help teachers and support staff understand how epilepsy can affect a child’s learning, thinking and participation at school. In addition, an Interactive Learning Support Screener will allow parents, teachers and support staff to identify a child’s individual strengths and challenges across areas such as attention, memory, planning and task completion. It will generate personalised strategies for school and home, as well as a downloadable report that can support individual learning planning and communication between families and schools.
